Welcome to our cutting-edge factory in Ahmedabad! Spanning 80,000 Sq Ft, it's fully integrated with top-notch amenities. From a well-equipped Lighting Lab to SMT Machines, CNC equipment, and Machining facilities, we ensure precision and efficiency at every step. Our LED Assembly lines run seamlessly alongside in-house Product Design and R&D setups, empowering innovation and quality control.
Our dedicated in-house product development team comprises skilled professionals including product and mechanical designers, simulation engineers, electronic PCB designers, and LED driver designers. Leveraging state-of-the-art 3D design software like SolidWorks Premium and SolidWorks Flow Analysis, alongside specialized PCB and driver design tools, they ensure precision and innovation.
We've made significant investments in cutting-edge technology with the JUKI RS SMT line. Featuring an auto tape advance function utilizing fiducial cameras, it minimizes setup time by swiftly advancing new tapes to the first full pocket. With impressive speeds of up to 42,000 cph (Optimum) and 29,000 cph (IPC9850), its adaptive design seamlessly accommodates diverse production needs.
Our Ahmedabad factory, boasting a workforce of approximately 148 skilled individuals, provides a comfortable working environment with fully developed air-conditioning. Among them, 64 are ITI qualified workmen and 21 are qualified engineers. Equipped with over 75 ESD workstations, we ensure meticulous LED light fixture assembly, complete with torque screwdrivers and electronic soldering machines featuring fume extractors with heap filters.
Over recent years, Focus Lighting has prioritized investment in an advanced R&D and testing facility. Our light fittings undergo rigorous testing in our in-house Photometry Lab, featuring a full-field goniophotometer and a spectroradiometer with a 2-meter integrated sphere. These cutting-edge tools enable us to enhance energy efficiency and quality, ensuring superior products for our customers.
